On July 24th, we welcomed back Advanced Behavioral Health, this time with four cohorts from their mentorship program! On Monday the 17th, we once again invited volunteers from FCPS. We have one especially dedicated volunteer who has been coming all summer – we are grateful for their enthusiastic care of the farm. On July 10th, we were delighted to welcome three new goats to our farm! They are 6-month-old Nigerian Dwarf goats. After much deliberation and quality time loving them, Clare named them Pippin, Wally, and Peanut! On Saturday, July 1st, we held our community Forest Therapy Walk in the bright early summer morning. We had a wonderful little group of ladies who came ready to engage with the forest and their senses. Their gentle presence at the farm was nourishing.
