Schedule of Activities
Morning Welcome & Coffee (10:00 – 10:30 AM)
Meet at the lodge for coffee, tea, and light snacks while we set intentions for the day.
Guided Forest Walk (10:30 – 12:00 PM)
A slow, mindful walk through ThorpeWood’s trails with moments of reflection and group discussion.
Lunch Break (12:00 – 1:00 PM)
Enjoy a hearty seasonal soup, bread, and fresh fruit provided on site. Vegetarian and vegan options available.
Creative Workshop (1:00 – 2:00 PM)
Choose between nature journaling, leaf printing, or beginner’s photography — materials provided.
Closing Circle (2:00 – 3:00 PM)
Gather back at the lodge to share experiences, exchange stories, and set intentions to carry home.
