Thank Yous! (vol II)

With so many humans visiting our farm, we often get such lovely ‘thank yous’ that we just can’t keep them to ourselves! Here’s a compilation of some recent letters of appreciation!

Our Head Start Picnic earned us a lot of love…here is some of it:

The picnic was wonderful and enjoyed by all. You, your staff,  and your volunteers, including feathered and fourlegged, were awesome!

I don’t believe anyone realizes the work that is put into this AMAZING experience our children are given, because of Thorpewood’s commitment and dedication to the Head Start community. Thank you very much for your service year after year after year!

First, I want to say thank you to you and your team for your presence at our end of year picnic last night – you are always our keynote for this event. It was an amazing successful event – thanks for making it so!

Of course, in addition to big events like our Head Start picnic, our day to day activities with Head Start kids and local non profits also generate a great deal of appreciation. Here’s a taste of the kinds of thanks we hear back about this:

You guys are just so awesome. The kids and staff love you all and I can see why. Your kindness and genuine love for what you do shines through.

Thank you all for the fun day Tuesday and I personally thank you for all the great times I have had the last five years. I love you all!!!

I appreciate you and all the staff there. You guys are amazing!

Holy smokes!  You all are saints.

Thank you again for all that you do, you are truly a valued partner of our Head Start program.

Thank you THANK YOU!! Sam and everyone who helped the children all year.

I can’t believe the school year is coming to an end. As always, our children will cherish the visits and relationships they have built with you forever. They learn so much about themselves, their peers, and the world they live in. Many of our children have so much stacked against them, and they are so fortunate to be able to fully engage in such an accepting learning experience. This could simply not be accomplished without every one of your staff, volunteers, and animals. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the work you do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This collection only includes recent written words of love sent to us. There is oh-so many lovely thoughts expressed to us in person. We are overwhelmed with all the thanks shared with us, written and spoken alike!
